Hotel Schweizerhaus and Café Anton is situated centrally, two to three minutes walking distance from the beach and the centre of town. Most of Hotel Schweizerhaus’ rooms have their own balcony, where homemade confectionary can be enjoyed in peace and quiet. 

 
Swakopmund’s famous coffee shop, CAFE ANTON, serves traditional German confectionary, such as Black Forest cream cake, Florentiners and the ever-popular Bee Sting. The establishment has been in the hands of the Anton family since 1965. A variety of functions, conferences, desert excursions, angling trips and sporting opportunities can be arranged for visitors on request.
